Bill Holmes - Activities - Hiking and Biking - Lava Beds Petroglyphs

On the way from the Lava Beds and to Klamath Falls 5/20/10, I visited some petroglyphs (green area in upper right of map) 135 mi – about 2 hours 43 mins.

Looking north with the face of the cliff on the right.




Looking west as I re-entered the park road.




Looking east from the road, this mountain is where God originated according to the locals - makes as much sense as any religion.



Then it was on to Klamath Falls and Running Y.
